Griffin Mechanical, LLC and Grounds Management, Inc. were founded by Deneen and Roy Griffin of Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Griffin Mechanical focused on the mechanical services our customers request while Grounds Management's focus was fixed on civil and green space maintenance work. Together they form GM Industrial, Inc.
